INTER VLAN COMMUNICATION PROBLEM ?

Hi,

I've a problem to communicate between vlan throught an interconnection vlan....

The architecture is:

All server are connected on switch directly connected on router. The BIG-IP is also connected on router.

This is my conf: - vlan A (192.168.0.0 /24) - vlan B (192.168.1.0 /24) - vlan C (192.168.2.0 /24) - vlan D (10.0.0.0 /24)

Servers in VLAN A have router on Default Gateway. Server in VLAN B and C have BIG-IP on Default Gateway. The VLAN D is an interconnection vlan between router and Big-IP.

For example, when a server on vlan A try to join a server on vlan C or D it does not work.

But, I can to ping the vlan interco. self ip on BIG-IP since a server on all vlan, but no between vlan (A<->C or A<->D)

I search on support KB but I find many subjects with creating VS ..... I find this strange for routing ....

Thanks for help.

  • One more thing, make sure that the router has routes for 192.168.1.0/24 and 192.168.2.0/24, and you must make sure that the LB has a route for 192.168.0.0/24 (or a default route via the router.
