Installing JDBC drivers for SQL Monitors
Morning all.
I have been asked to setup my LTM to monitor a couple of MSSQL servers. Although this in itself seems straightforward I have a question re. the installation of JDBC drivers (http://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/products/big-ip_ltm/manuals/product/ltm_configuration_guide_10_0_0/ltm_appendixa_monitor_types.html)
Does anyone know if this installation is preserved during upgrades (whether it is a HotFix or a Major release). I don't want to have to add a step to my upgrade procedure to re-install these drivers.
Is there a reason these files are not loaded automatically as part of the Operating System?
p.s. I am on v11.4.1.

That link is for LTM 10.0. You should not have to install external JDBC drivers in 11.4.1. In fact, from SOL12179, you haven't needed to install JDBC drivers since 10.1.0.
