I'm sorry you are having troubles installing our Management Pack. Currently we don't officially support localized environments. Other people have had similar problems regarding localized copies of Windows, and I assure you, we are working to fix this issue.

 

 

With our next release, some of the issues around localization have been resolved, but there still may be installation issues. The logs you have provided will definitely help track down the problems we have been seeing.

 

 

Thank you for considering our management pack, and I will keep you informed as to when you can expect a release that will install onto a Japanese version of Windows.
