Influence outbound TLS traffic initiated from pool member

Good morning,

 

I've been asked if we can use the F5 to influence the outbound traffic initiated by a pool member. The VIP has a SNAT. The pool member is pointing to the SNAT. How would I influence the traffic to change the TLS version on the outbound traffic... Irule?
