Incorrect ARP response from F5 which matches my Cisco HSRP GW address

I just got an unusual issue where we found that the LTM VE is incorrectly responding an ARP request to one of my Cisco L3 switch's HSRP GW address.

This issue raised a duplicate IP issues at the Switch end and failing my other service.

My Setup is like below

Cisco SW HSRP GW 10.10.10.3

|

LTM VE (Has a default GW setup for 10.10.0.0/16 to 10.10.10.3)

The SW is watching issue where the F5 starts responding to the ARP for the same IP of my SWITCH and created a duplicate IP scenario to break my network.

If anybody encountered a similar issue or has any solution please share your suggestions.
