Incomplete install causing boot issues

So I managed to get to the root CLI via the AOM and basically the device cannot access the USB ports.

 

Is there a way to manually access a USB drive or boot from it?

 

Is there a way to manually set instructions for booting from the CD-ROM?

I assume AOM has no access to the USB interfaces. Did you try to boot from USB thumb drive (build as described)?
