Improving TTFB in LTM

Hi Team,

 

Wanted to know more about improving TTFB using LTM.

 

As per me, by adjusting the below values can improve, Am I correct ?

 

1. In TCP Profile:

*** Memory Management:** Proxy Buffer High Proxy Buffer Low Receive Window Send Buffer

 

**** Congestion Control*** Congestion Metrics Cache Congestion Metrics Cache Timeout

 

1. TCP Feature: One Connect

    

2. For HTTPS Traffic: Lets say any adjustment in SSL Profiles can improve too ??
