Yes, that is the method you would use to import a certificate from PEM format. The method is the equivalent of navigating to Local Traffic > SSL Certificiate List > Import, selecting "certificate" from the "Import Type" drop-down, and pasting the PEM-formatted certificate text. Hope that helps,
