CirrostratusImport qualis output xml file and merge with existing ASM policy
is it possible, how can it be done if yes? I am able to create a new policy but not able to merge with existing security policy.

Alternatively I would import the Qualys scan XML file directly into your existing policy, you don't need to create a new policy for this.
