iRules LX isn't supported in BIG-IP Next at the moment. If you need it be sure to share that with your account team.

It depends on what they use iRules LX for. It might be possible with other builtin functionality or you might have to built something outside of the BIG-IP.
I would advise your to start a new question explaining what you now do with iRules LX and the question how to handle that in BIG-IP Next.
