IIS pool members with non root path

Hello,

I'm trying to create a virtual server for a new application, I have a small issue but I cannot find an answer for it.

We have 3 new web servers

websrv1:8090/appname

websrv28090/appname

websrv38090/appname

Now I'm able to include the ip addresses and the port for the pools member but how I can redirect then the traffic on /appname ? Were I can setup this path in f5?
