ihealth qkview comparison

Hello All , i am doing a qkview comparison on ihealth and the vs is showing the following

i dont understand what --profile_cnt and update_status present in differences please help Thanks

    update_status is an internal flag used to help mcpd. It can be ignored and does not reflect a change in configuration between the compared objects.

     

    profile_cnt is a count of the number of entries in the profiles section of the virtual server definition. Again, this is tracked for internal mcpd management purposes.
