Not really sure how to troubleshoot that. Can Microsoft offer any assistance about how to troubleshot their browser crashing?

 

From what I've seen, Oracle "web" apps aren't really web apps. They rely on IE-only activex controls, custom data transport protocols, and other legacy technology that are difficult or impossible to reverse-proxy correctly.
