NimbostratusiControlSnapin installation problem
Hello, I've tried installing iControlSnaping on Vista x64 and Server 2003 x64. I've tried both x64 and x86 versions of powershell (running as admin).
I am able to add iControlSnapIn, but whenever I try to run:
Get-iControlCommands
(or any other f5 commands for this snapin)
I get the following error:

- Yea, the installer is just for 32 bit platforms. Right now if you want to run it on a 64 bit platform, you'll have to manually enter the registry keys to add it as a registered snapin. Here's a forum post that has the registry keys.

-Joe - Maybe I need to get me one then... I'm using the PowerShell libraries to register the snapins so I'm going to have to do some digging to find out why it isn't doing it properly on 64 bit systems. No immediate plans for a 64 bit specific version but if there is a high enough demand I can try to make that a priority. I guess I'll need to get a 64 bit system to test on first though...

-Dmitry- dkalashnikov_23Please update the Readme.txt ... your commandlet names are prefixed with "f5." (thats why tab completion doesn't work -- the dot is sort of reserved in this context)
Get-f5.iControlCommands - Sorry for the mixup. A while back we updated the cmdlets to include a prefix so there would not be a name collision when other snapins are loaded. All of the iControl cmdlets are in the form
VERB-F5.NOUN

Please help me to resolve at the earliest- Kartik_Thakkar_There was no installation issue at all .
But i am unable to Add-PSSnapIn iControlSnapIn - Try this script and see if it works for registering the snapin. If so, I'll get the download package to include it.

Since i am new to F5 , can you guide me how should i run the script , which you have mentioned . - Kartik_Thakkar_I tried copying the scirpt in notepad , saving it with .ps1 , and tried executing but no luck.
Os ver is Windows 2008 64 bit .
Also can you help me out with manual registry entry for 64bit edition.
