iControl to modify "Data Group List" content

Is there a method(s) in iControl for manipulating the "Data Group List" items for iRules?

 

I know that I can configure an external file as a Data Group Item.

 

But I would like to use iControl to manipulate a Data Group Item stored on the BigIP.

 

I could not find anything related in the 9.4 SDK documentation.
