NimbostratusiControl REST: Upload SSL cert
I found the following question and answer but it requires the cert to be copied to the BIG-IP.

Is there a way with iControl REST to upload the cert to the BIG-IP (cert being on my local machine)?

In short, no. You'd need some other method to upload the cert/key/p12, preferably scp.
