iControl REST Select from subcollections

I'm making a REST query against /mgmt/tm/ltm/pool?expandSubcollections=true&$select=membersReference and would like to be able to go further into the data and select ie. only session, state...

CirrusI wasn't able to figure it out and was advised to sed/awk/grep it out which is a pain. I tried playing around with "dot-notation" and "filters" that is usually recommended in REST/JSON but no luck. Version tried: 11.5
