iControl Add-Snapin fails after setup

Received a new workstation and had to reload the icontrol code. This is a windows 10 workstation. I was able to run the setupSnapin and can see the snapin registered, but I cannot seem to Add-PSSna...

The snapin say it is there, but I am unable to remove it by name.
