can you check if this node is added in any other pool that contains ICMP monitor? since you are taking packet capture on the node IP, and the node might be existing as a pool member in multiple pools.

Nodes are newly added. They are not part of any other pool.

Tested the same again in the lab.
Default monitor has NOTHING.
Added a new node to the Pool. It's not part of any other pools.
Pool Monitor is set to only TCP and enabled tcpdump and we still see ICMP packets between F5 and node.Is this expected?
