Hi,
Yes you can use ICALL to process a failover, but as you know you have to Triggered this call (reacting to a specific event).
Can you tell me how you monitor your BGP peer? pool member monitoring, ....
sys icall script failover { app-service none definition { tmsh::run /sys failover standby } }

There is a testing method in K14397: Running a command or custom script based on a syslog message.
The process ID in "BGP[13155]" is the reason for the matching failure, for it is not a fixed number. You might want to try something like "
" instead (I presume that "IP ADDRESS" is a fixed string).BGP*: BGP: %BGP-5-ADJCHANGE: neighbor IP ADDRESS Down
