iApp, Sync and SSL

Hi,

 

 

I'm new to F5 and LTM server and I have basics questions about iApp.

 

We have a LTM server that we have installed for a customer and I created the partition and created users with "Manager" role to allow them to do it. They want to create templates on iApp.

 

1 .How can we create template on iApp ? What are the best resources to do that ?

 

2. there are 2 devices in failover, the Sync is Manual, as far as I know you cannot Sync Automatically on LTM, is it correct ?

 

3. They cannot create/import SSL Certificates, do you have any ressources which help me with SSL certificates ?
