iApp error when using http and fqdn node

Whenever I've configured an fqdn node, i can't use the iApp http template any more. I get some specific error messages. I've already upgraded to version 12.1.

 

Is this a known problem? Is there a workaround? I've seen the tread about the DNS template, which has the same problem. This seems similar.
