I need opinion to deploy 3 IIS node on F5 LTM

Hi,

I need feedback and best practice to deploy three IIS node in F5 LTM. Basically i have 3 IIS node hosting one website. Can any one share best practice to deploy this portal using F5 load balancer? I need following guide or opinion on

1. Creating a monitor- What is the setting should I apply for monitor my IIS server. my current monitor setting as below:
2. Create Node- What is the setting should I apply for ny IIS node. My current Node setting:
3. Create Pool- What is the setting should I apply for Pool setting? My current pool setting:
4. Create Virtual Server- What is the setting should i apply for virtual server? - My current virtual server setting:

Any things that i missed or need to change on the setting?
