I have two f5 2000s in HA (active/standby) and I trying to put a third f5 in stand by mode.

I have two f5 2000s in HA (active/standby) and I am trying to put a third f5 in stand by mode. After that to add the third peer the status is "awaiting for initial sync" and this status no changed ...

I presume you've added the new node to the device group? If so, you could try to force the sync in Device Management ›› Overview, select your active node and sync device to group with an overwrite config selected.
