i can't find important parts of the learning and blocking settings
- May 26, 2020
Hello Jawad,
Configuration of inheritance for all sections is available in "Inheritance Settings" section on main policy configuration page only.
There is no "Basic/Advanced" view for "Policy Building Settings" on "Security ›› Application Security : Policy Building : Learning and Blocking Settings" page any more.
In case of inheritance of appropriate section you will see appropriate inheritance icon on "Security ›› Application Security : Policy Building : Learning and Blocking Settings" page for child policy, but not for parent.
Does it help to solve your problem?
Thanks, Ivan
Hello Ivan,
sorry i took so much time to reply and thank you for offering help but unfortunately i didn't find what i'm looking for in general settings of my policy , what i need is where to find this :
"On the right side of the Learning and Blocking Settings screen, select Advanced. The screen displays the advanced configuration details for the parent security policy.
For each of the settings, on the right you can see whether the setting has Mandatory Inheritance, Optional Inheritance, or No Inheritance.
Expand each of the settings and review the default values for each of the areas. Adjust the values, if necessary. If you change any of the values, click Save, then Apply Policy."
Please help me find this, because it was supposed to be in the learning and blocking settings but i can't find it .
thank you
