I can't Browse to GUI Interface

Hi , all     this is new F5 box, I can ping F5 LTM, but can't Browse to GUi, I change my cable from stright through to Cross over no lcuk. any advise greatfully appriciated.     ...

yes, I am trying to connect through mgmt, any idea how can I get to gui.
