I can not create a TPC analytics profile

When I try to create a TPC analytics profile, the TCP Analytics option does not appear.

    Do you have AVR module enabled ? I am assuming you are running 12.1 code version and above for TCP Analytics profile. Try using a different browser, if you have already tried selecting the "plus sign".
