https monitor does not work while a monitor for tcp port 443 works
Hello.
I trying to migrate some virtual servers to our new VE BIG-IP 12.0.0 Build 0.0.606 Final.
I'm having trouble with the https monitor.
On this particular https apache 2.0 site, monitor for tcp port 443 works but the built in https or https_443 monitors come up as down. The https site is up with the apache 2.0 test page.
Does it have something to do with the cipher suite? The site uses TLS 1.0 AES_256_CBC, with HMAC-SHA1 for message authentication and DHE_RSA as the key exchange mechanism.
Thank you, Tadashi

My bad. Needed to put in a correct send string for a good three-way hand shake.

Yes, you will have to provide send and receive strings when using http/https monitor.
