https access to mgmt port on 2400

. I can access thru ssh but using gui https://a.b.c.d == I get port 443 error --   "you do not permission to access / on this server

Am running 4.5.

 

 

Am just trying to have gui access the mgmt port with https to conffigure system. I can get thru with ssh,

 

Am running https from ubuntu 9.x system
