HTTP::connect causing RST

Try this:

 Notice the case of X-Forwarded-For
when HTTP_REQUEST {
    HTTP::header insert X-Forwarded-For [IP::client_addr]
}

Then add the following ip.php to your apache server.

Then visit http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ip.php you should see your client IP address.
