http2https redirection

Hi All i want http://www.abc.com to be redirected to https://www.abc.com and i already configured the builtin irule and also configure policy at different times however it is not working at all...

the irule _sys_https_redirect MUST NOT BE APPLIED to the HTTPS virtual server...

this irule MUST BE ASSIGNED to a NEW HTTP virtual server listening on port 80

it converts the http to https however still not working it gives the following message "The page isn’t redirecting properly" when the page displays

So first, you have to make the https virtual server working, before working with http2https redirection...

before i enable the irule it works however when i enable the f5 builtin redirection irule it stops working

https virtual server must not been changed to enable http redirection...

if it don't work anymore, this means you changed the https virtual server.
