HTTP to HTTPS redirect on non-standard port

I have a web application that is running on a non-standard port. We need to have SSL on it. I applied the client certificate and https works fine, but if we enter http we get a page cannot be displa...

Unfortunately that didn't work. I think I need to explain further what I'm trying to do.

 

 

When users go to http://server.domain.com:8700

 

 

I need them to be automatically redirected to https://server.domain.com:8700

 

 

It would be redirected to the same virtual server, only over https.
