HTTP to HTTPS iRule not working

If you have shell access to the BIG-IP:

Viewing the LTM log:

tail -f /var/log/ltm

Running a tcpdump:

tcpdump -lnni 0.0 host x.x.x.x

where x.x.x.x is the IP address of the VIP. Start with this to observe the port 80 and port 443 communications. If this all looks good, change x.x.x.x to the pool member IP and observe the traffic flowing to/from the server. If that all looks good, fire up Fiddler and observe the HTTP traffic from the browser's perspective.
