NimbostratusHTTP Monitor with authentication (F5 LTM 11.6)
Hello,
I'm trying to implement a simple HTTP monitor using authentication on a Windows Server 2012 R2, but it doesn't work. Server receives HTTP request but it responses with 401 unauthorized user error, because it doesn't receive neither user nor password that I configured in HTTP monitor. I don't see any username in the server logs. In the monitor I've configured a simple HTTP request and configured User Name and Password in the corresponding sections.
Send String : GET /Application HTTP/1.0\r\n
F5 LTM versión : 11.6
Could anyone help me? Do you know how to configure this simple monitor?

Have you configured a Receive string? From the following solution it does require one Constructing HTTP requests for use with the HTTP or HTTPS application health monitor
