http app tunnel configuration

i'm having issues trying to set up a http app tunnel and my apm (13.1.0)

 

i've set it up as ip, http and port 80

 

i'm calling IE as the application and it loads ok

 

i've configured the parameters as but i get a http 404 when it launches

 

when i run a packet capture on the apm cli there is no traffic to the backend ip

 

has anyone ant ideas?
