HSL local logging

Circling back to this. I think by default if you are using publishers you are enabling high speed(this makes sense to me as its fair to assume local logging should be high speed). The only time you are not using high speed is when you are configuring remote logging using the Remote Logging screen(this makes sense to me also if you assume that you need publishers to enable high speed as no publishers are being defined in the Remote Logging screen).
