Howto install trial keys of F5 load balancer. Below are the keys received. Can we install the keys from command prompt. Why we received 4 keys ?

You can licence the trial version just the same as production version. Going through the following guides should hopefully help

You have 4 keys. The BIG-IP licences are so that you can deploy a HA pair if you like (or two seperate devices). The same goes for the BIG-IQ licences which is the management platform (should you wish to trial that also)

ZAHIDHASEEBI think that the license is installed now. I only used one(first one) license key and below snap is for your reference. Now I need to proceed further for point # 10 as per your provided link but I am not able to see "manual"

What software version have you deployed? The link above was for v14.1. Select the version from the link below
https://support.f5.com/csp/knowledge-center/software/BIG-IP?module=BIG-IP%20LTM
and then follow the BIG-IP System: Initial Configuration document as per your software version
