I'm looking for detailed documentation to upgrade the LTM with the config utility, not the command line.
I'm just upgrading from 11.4.1 HF4 to 11.4.1 HF8 in standalone mode for one site and Act/Std...

Always thoroughly read the release notes for your destination code-level, too, as they may contain changes/tips for upgrading to that particular version. I also recommend opening a proactive case with F5 support a week before your upgrade in case you run into any upgrade issues - https://support.f5.com/kb/en-us/solutions/public/16000/000/sol16022.html
