how to upgrade LTM VE from v11.2.1 to 11.4.1

Do I have to upgrade it "from within" or do I have to install a fresh 11.4.1 VE and import the configuration? Is there any issue with licensing (especially when performing a new install)? Thanks in a...

Well, I'd imagine it would be to take a backup UCS file, fire up the new VE with the new version, import the ucs using the -no-license parameter and then calling F5 to allow the license reactivation.

 

If you want to be 100% sure, I would recommend giving F5 support a call and asking for their recommendation. If you do, please post back and let everyone know what they say.
