suppose client doesn't has cookie and send reuqest to bigip ----->backend server
when response arrived bigip,bigip set cookie xyz via http::cookie and expiration time is 1 hour
after...

CirrostratusHey. The session cookie information doesn't exist or get stored on the F5, it sits with the client. If the user closes the window/tab connected to the app your running, the cookie is removed from their system, if they don't it lasts until they do.
I don't think 2) is possible I'm afraid.
