How to take console connection of F5 ?

How to take console connection of F5 ? I have an upgrade activity and I want to start upgrade, only after verifying the console connectivity. Please mention the procedure step-by-step

You can also configure AOM to access console from SSH

On ssh connections, execute:

ssh aom

Authenticate with root credentials

Configure AOM network with

netconfig

AOM uses the same network interface as mgmt! So choose one IP address in the same network as mgmt interface!

Note : this procedure is only for 1600, 3600, 3900, 6900 and earlier hardware appliances.
