How to sizing BIG-IQ for Centralize Management VE (CM)

How to sizing BIG-IQ for Centralize Management (CM)?

 

Follow the article and document of DCD Logging Note have the .xls formula to calculate CPUs, RAMs and so on. But I did not found how to sizing the Centralize Management of Virtual Edition VE.

 

Another question is we should deploy the capacity of 500GB per each DCD or not?... I have a bit confuse about the storage document.
