How to secure the serial console port on BIG-IP?

Dear Gurus,

 

Our customer want to secure the serial console port on their BIP-IP. When user connect console port to their laptop via console cable and PUTTY, they can login to TMSH mode without any authentication (no user, no password required)

    Hi Phong,

     

    No matter you connect to the box using the out of band management port via SSH or through console you need the usename and password to get an access of the command line. Either your question is not clear or you need to check the access properly.
