How to Return Multiple A Records using GTM

I have a business need to return multiple A records with single FQDN query. I understand this is somewhat contrary to the purpose of the GTM, but the Application we are interfacing with has it's own state engine/query-response mechanism that determines the best route and it simply wants a list of A records to go check with. We would like to leverage GTM's ability to only return A Records that Green/In-Service. How do I configure GTM to return multiple A Records for a single FQDN?
