How to publish URL through F5 reverse proxy

Your description is a little light on details. The LTM is normally not concerned with layer 7, so we wouldn't "publish" anything. We would simply be an IP and a port. You would point the DNS at that address and we would load balance as normal.

 

If you are trying to allow outbound access to the web, you would create a wildcard forwarding virtual server and point at that.
