Hello, Can someone please tell me the best solution for this scenario.
I have a VIP with a public ip. The connections coming into this vip must then be redirected/forwarded (not sure if these are the correct terms) to a cloud URL that only accepts white listed IP's (the vips public IP). The F5 must stay in the loop as the clients have to come through the VIP and keep communicating to the cloud via the VIP. Is this best done with an irule or policy? Can you please provide examples. Thanks

I'm not sure if iRules or profiles will help you in this specific case. It also depends on the complexity of the website you are running in the cloud. You might want to consider using APM Portal Access.
