How to monitor back end jVM and make pool member down?

Hi Team,   We have 2 JBOSS instances running 10.1.2.3:11080 & 10.1.2.3:11081 , Configured LB and added those 2 pool members in pool.   I have back end 2 WM servers running 10.20.1.2:8080 & 10....
