How to manage certificates with Kojot-Acme in a multi-partition F5 structure

Hello,
I am trying to automate certificate management with “kojot-acme.” I started by following these two pages. However, I have a situation where there are multiple partitions. In this case, where and how should I perform these steps? If anyone has experience in this area, could you please guide me?
