How to make virtual server up when only 1 member is active. (If more than 1, then it is down)

We've had an interesting request and are trying to decide best how to approach this. A client wants us to have some VIP's configured to only be up when the pool members have 1 member up, and only 1 me...

I don't think if its possible. You may want to try it using irules.
