how to insert client ip to dns server ?

Hello: Three dns servers, bind version 9 ,support edns protocol. Now need ltm load balance for three dns servers, ltm open automap function. I can't use tcp:option irules to insert client ip address ,because dns protocol is "udp". I know a irule can solve the problem, if dns servers support edns protocol. who can give me the irules ? thank you !
